If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a return or repair.
Items in their original condition can be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Scarr is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Gift certificates, commissioned pieces, limited edition pieces, and sale items are final sale.
